Convention 2015

August 10th, 2015 by Jessica

Jessica Hohner represented our chapter this year at the Alpha Omega Epsilon Convention in St Louis, MO. This year was a bit different, as we held a joint convention with the brothers of Sigma Phi Delta fraternity!

Every year, the International Executive Board invites all chapters to one place to communicate the vision of the sorority to all of their members. This year’s fun-filled event featured loads of networking, a new sorority logo, and a guest speaker who made us all sing Let it Go. We also exchanged ideas with other chapters and learned about several exciting new initiatives that are taking place. Jessica’s (very long) recap will be up in the Members area of the website soon.

Next year’s event will be held in Charleston, South Carolina in the summer of 2016! Apply, apply, apply!

Spring 2015 Newsletter

Every spring, our International Executive Board requests that we send a newsletter to the other chapters down in the states (and Kelowna). Since the newsletter is also a great summation of what we do during the year for outsiders and potential future members, we are making it available this year for your perusal.

It’s also got some nifty photos. There are at least two of people choking me at formal events.
